How It Works

We get it; managing golf events can be daunting. Our Event Management System gives you and your team tools that will help simplify event organization and ensure that everyone is on the same page.

Step 1: USERNAME & PASSWORD

By creating a username and password, your event information and any changes and updates will be saved online. Your event will also be saved from year-to-year, so next season you can login, see your previous event and start planning for next year based on what you’ve already done. 

Step 2: SHOP

Use the shop section on the left and add event information, golf, food, beverages, player gifts, and other services such as course sponsorship signage.

Step 3: SUBMIT ORDER

When you are satisfied with your order, you can submit it. When you submit an order you are NOT committing to purchasing anything, but rather starting to build an order that you may choose to purchase later on. Once we receive your order, we will add any missing pricing (golf & cart) and provide you with an accurate quote for your event.

REGISTER NOW (CLICK!)

Once you register and start to build your event you can login and work on your order(s) over the months and weeks leading up to your event, sharing it with your event committee along the way. As more sponsorship opportunities arise you may choose to add more items to your order or revise your order. A tournament coordinator will assist you along the way, apply any necessary volume discounts, and show you "proofs" of any signs or products that you may have customized with sponsor logos and text.

We have access to an endless list of products and services; if you are looking for something and don't see it in our catalogue, please contact us and we'll source it for you.

You have up until 10 days before your event to finalize your order. At that point a tournament coordinator will provide you with payment options.
